Details required to use the Utility Accounts service
For all services, you will need to provide:
• A daytime contact telephone number
• Your date of birth
• One of the following forms of identification:
o Australian Drivers Licence
o Medicare Card
o Current Passport (from any country)
• Real Estate Agent/owner details if renting
If connecting utilities, you will require:
• Your new address details
If disconnecting you will require:
• Name of current utility suppliers
• Address details of the property you are moving from
If disconnecting only, you must also provide:
• Billing/forwarding address
• E-mail address |
